Everything is printed in-house. Orders move through production within 2–4 business days and ship with tracking. Shipping is a flat $7.99, free on orders over $150.
Rejections always include a reason, usually a school mark or logo. Edit the artwork and resubmit from the athlete's design page; there's no limit on resubmissions.
Payouts go to the guardian's verified payout account. Each item has a fixed guardian amount that's shown before the product goes live.
Open the compliance checklist in your dashboard. It lists the exact gates remaining: terms signed, payouts connected, COPPA consent (if under 13), and approved products.
Guardians can export or permanently delete everything from the COPPA console on the athlete's page. Deletion removes stored media and redacts personal details from past orders.
