Guardian contact details, athlete display information (name, sport, hometown, photos), design submissions, and order records. We never collect school names, rosters, or coach-provided data.
The parent or legal guardian owns the account and every piece of data inside it. Athletes are beneficiaries, not account holders, and cannot sign up on their own.
Grade-school lockers require verifiable parental consent before anything is published. Those lockers are unlisted, photo-only, excluded from our sitemap, blocked in robots.txt, and reachable only through a private link the guardian mints.
Photos are stored in access-controlled buckets. Junior media lives in a private bucket and is served only through short-lived signed URLs. Nothing is publicly listable.
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We retain order totals, fees, and payout records for tax and reconciliation purposes.
Guardians can export everything we store for a child and permanently delete it from the COPPA console. Deletion wipes stored media, anonymizes the profile, and redacts personal details from past orders.
