The account, the locker, the storefront, and every payout belong to the parent or legal guardian who signs this agreement. The athlete is a beneficiary, never the account holder.
No school names, mascots, logos, uniforms, or performance-based compensation may appear on any product. Submissions are reviewed and may be rejected without appeal.
Lockers are only opened in states where high school NIL activity is permitted or conditionally permitted and verified by our compliance team.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect to the guardian's verified account. Platform fees are disclosed before any product goes live.
Athletes under 13 require a separate COPPA consent step. Their lockers are unlisted, photo-only, and reachable only by private link.
