Built into the platform, not bolted on
School names, mascots, logos, uniforms, team colors used as marks, and facility imagery are rejected at review. An athlete's brand is their own name and image — nothing borrowed from the institution.
Compensation is never tied to performance, playing time, signing, or enrollment. Guardians earn a fixed amount per item sold, disclosed before anything goes live.
Every locker is checked against the state's high school NIL rules. Permitted and conditionally permitted states open with a state notice on the storefront; prohibited states are blocked at signup.
Money moves to the parent or legal guardian's verified account. Athletes never receive direct payouts through the platform.
Each design is reviewed by an operator before a product can be activated. Rejections include a reason and can be resubmitted after changes.
Athletes under 13 require verifiable parental consent, are limited to photos, and are hidden from public discovery entirely.
Rules change often. Guardians and athletes are responsible for confirming eligibility with their state association before opening a locker.
